Barchoppers.com values ALL of our customer’s orders. It is very important for us that our customers are satisfied with their orders. If for any reason at all you have an issue with your order, then please do not hesitate to contact us. Our return policy is up front and simple, just please read our important notice. Yes, we offer FREE returns, but only in the case of a manufacturers defect/error up until 7 days from the day you receive your item. Otherwise, continue reading the Important Notice.

***Important Notice: Please, Please, Please make sure that you read over all of the product descriptions and information to get an accurate account of the product’s functionality and its purpose. We provide many pictures for our customers, so look over the pictures to have a clear understanding of what the products may look like and what its use may be for. This way you can receive products that you want. We CANNOT offer free returns for purchases because you no longer want the item(s), you don’t like the item(s) that you received even though it is exactly what is depicted in the descriptions and pictures, or you just simply want a refund without there being a manufacturer’s defect with the product(s). In this case, the return shipping fee along with a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. Please understand that we have this policy in order for us to continually offer you exceptional products with top notch customer service.*** (If you need more information or pictures about a particular product(s) before you place an order, then you are more than welcome to contact us.) We want to be fully transparent in all of our dealings with our customers, so if for any reason you do not understand this policy you are more than welcome to contact us for further clarification.

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your package. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We can offer you a store gift card minus the return shipping fee and the 15% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Where applicable, items related to perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, and have obvious signs of wear and use cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items: (Where applicable)
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Items that are related to food products and have clear signs of use.
* Items that are sanitary items and have been opened from its original seal and packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (Ex. E-mail confirmation or credit card statement) Don’t have it, then don’t worry we will try to look it up for you. However, please understand that it may slow up the return process. In order to speed up the process, PLEASE provide us with the email confirmation of your order for the proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you do decide to send it to the manufacturer, then you must complete the return process directly with the manufacturer. It is out of our hands at this point. We will most certainly contact the manufacturer to check on your return, but they are much more stringent with their returns. It may get rejected in this case. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Items with obvious signs of use.
* Packaging that has been opened.
* Any item(s) not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Usually it is right after your return has been approved. However, the amount of time for the refund to reflect on your statement depends on your credit card or bank issuer. Please contact your credit card or bank issuer regarding this matter. All we can do is confirm that we have refunded the specified amount of your purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@barchoppers.com. We will send you the confirmation of the refund that was processed through our system.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to the manufacturers fault. Otherwise, If you need to exchange it for the same item due to a manufacturers error, send us an email at customerservice@barchoppers.com and send your item to the closest warehouse center that we will designate based on your location.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be electronically mailed to your listed email address.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the designated warehouse center that we assign based on your location.

REMEMBER IF FOR THE REASONS STATED IN THE IMPORTANT NOTICE AT THE TOP OF THIS PAGE, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping plus the 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
